What is a Buff Runner?
I mean for real, what is a buff runner? You may think that it means you have to be buff, a runner, or a combination of the two. But in fact you don't need to be any of the above. It could be your first day ever exercising or it could be your 20th year, it doesn't matter. All that matters to be a buff runner is adopting a lifestyle of pushing yourself to be better everyday. So if that means going for a 15 minute walk going for a 15 mile trail run, as long as you are finding ways to push yourself you are a buff runner. As cool as it would be to have Buff Runner in the dictionary, if it were, the definition would be:
Any person who wakes up ready to win the day, that is ready to find ways to push themselves, and someone who is wants to better themselves.
Notice that the definition doesn't mention fitness, running, nutrition, exercise, or anything related. All you need to do is find ways to push yourself to better yourself daily.
