Where We Ship
MYB Nutrition, LLC offers shipping to all 50 United States (including Alaska and Hawaii).

Processing
We process orders during our normal business hours.
Unless otherwise stated, please allow 1 to 3 business days for us to process your order. Orders received before 2PM MST are usually shipped on the same day. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, but sometimes life throws us a curveball (*cough* Covid-19). If we are experiencing longer than usual processing times, we will notify you either on our site or by email.

Shipping Rates & Timing
MYB Nutrition, LLC offers a flat rate shipping fee of $5.99 per order. An estimate of the time it takes to deliver your order will be provided on our website. Please remember that the time it takes to process your order is a separate estimate from the time it takes to ship and deliver your order.

Tracking Your Order
When your order has shipped, we will send you an email with tracking info so you can check in on the delivery of your order. If you don’t receive this email in a timely fashion, please reach out to us at sales@mybsupps.com.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Orders
If you package is lost, stolen, or damaged during transit, contact us within the refund policy window so we can best assist you. If damaged, please provide pictures of the damaged goods in your case submission. If your repost is not sent within the return window, you will may not be entitled to a refund or replaced goods.
